Basic FSSAI Registration

Petty retailers, individuals who manufacture or sell food by themselves, temporary stallholders, and individuals distributing food at religious/social gatherings.
2. Procedure:
Submit Form A to the Food and Safety Department.
Application acceptance or rejection within 7 days.
Issuance of registration certificate with registration number and applicant’s photo upon acceptance.
Display the registration certificate prominently at the business place.

State FSSAI License
1. Eligibility:
Annual turnover between Rs. 12 lakh to Rs. 20 crore.
Manufacturing units with a capacity up to 2MT per day.
Dairy units handling up to 5000 litres of milk per day.
3-star hotels and above, repackers, relabeling units, clubs, canteens, catering businesses.
